The derelict asylum - Canvas Wall Art

Choose The derelict asylum for a home with an interest of its own. This Victorian-inspired Halloween canvas print brings the appeal of gothic imagery into the spaces where you spend your time. Halloween artwork makes the picture itself the center of the display, offering a subject to enjoy through October or throughout the year in a darker interior. The scene features endless corridors filled with broken doors and shadows, abandoned beds and peeling paint. A home theater is a natural setting to consider; leave some clear wall space around the image so it remains easy to appreciate.

Victorian-inspired styling gives the image an earlier-era character, well suited to a room with books, vintage objects, and personal keepsakes. The Halloween wall art can be displayed as a standalone picture or paired with related fine art prints. Leave enough space around the image to appreciate its detail rather than crowding it among small accessories.

Decorating with Halloween wall art

Use it as living room wall art above a console or beside the main seating area, or as home theater wall decor where the subject can be enjoyed up close. Pair the Halloween art print with books, dark wood, and a few carefully chosen seasonal accents; a few quiet surroundings let the image keep its own character. A framed canvas print gives the Halloween artwork a defined border; select a framed option when ordering and use the measurements below to plan its space.

Canvas materials and framed dimensions

Our canvas prints are made with eco-friendly archival inks on 350 GSM canvas, then hand-stretched and stapled over FSC-certified, shrink-resistant wooden stretcher bars. Canvas orders arrive assembled with hanging hardware and protective packaging. Select from the size and frame options offered on this listing. Painted textures, aged surfaces, and metallic-looking effects are reproduced within the printed artwork; room furnishings and styling props are not included.

For most framed canvases, the frame adds 1.5 inches to the listed width and 1.5 inches to the listed height (not 1.5 inches per side). For example, a 16 x 24-inch canvas measures 17.5 x 25.5 inches overall when framed. Exceptions: 30 x 60, 40 x 60, and 24 x 72-inch framed canvases measure exactly those dimensions overall, including their frames.
